ORDERING
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collections, select your item, choose your options,
and click 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready, click the cart icon
and follow the checkout steps. It takes less than 2 minutes.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes — but only within 12 hours of placing it, before it is
dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@lixcase.com
with your order number.
Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you. Track orders and reorder easily.
SHIPPING
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard: 7–15 business days. Express: 4–7 business days.
You will receive tracking information by email once dispatched.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, to most countries worldwide.
Q: Why has my tracking not updated?
A: Tracking can take 2–3 days to activate after dispatch.
If it still has not updated after 5 days, contact us.

Q: Are your products dishwasher safe?
A: Most of our cookware and dinner sets are dishwasher safe.
Check the individual product page for specific care instructions.
Q: What material are the pans made from?
A: Each pan listing specifies the material. We carry stainless
steel, non-stick aluminium, and cast iron options.
RETURN
Q: What is your return policy?
A: 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original
packaging. See our full Returns page for details.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
A: Email us a photo within 48 hours. We will send a replacement
or full refund immediately. No need to return the item.
PAYMENTS
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal,
Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure,
encrypted checkout. We never store your card details.
